Issues of peace on Earth have acquired particular importance in the context of global change. This is why the meeting of the participants of the World Public Assembly under the motto "A New World of Conscious Unity," held on September 20-21, 2025, at the WTC Congress Center, was particularly relevant. More than 4,000 participants from 150 countries united at 40 thematic platforms and seven panel sessions.
The discussion focused on issues of peace and war: what causes conflict and how to achieve peace through joint efforts.
"Peace is destroyed not only by weapons, but also by hunger, poverty, and injustice," said Holger Thorsten Schubart, President of the Neutrino Energy Group, at the All-Russian Society of the Astronomers session "Peacekeeping – a Strategy for the Unification and Prosperity of Humanity."
"Energy and food security issues are resolved through technology, not by conquering resources," said Mikhail Krasnov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Organization "Technologies of the Future." Resources are the cause of many conflicts. In this regard, the discussion participants discussed energy at length.
An often underestimated cause of conflict lies in dependence on energy and resources. History teaches us: countless wars have been fought over oil, gas, water, and rare minerals. "Whoever controls energy controls nations. As long as this dependence exists, peace remains fragile," Holger Thorsten Schubart expressed his opinion in his speech.
The fight for peace must be expressed not only in words but, above all, in deeds. And it is scientists led by Holger Thorsten Schubart who are making history in the field of fuel-free energy, which will allow anyone, anywhere on Earth, to obtain electricity without power lines or the burning of fossil fuels.

“Every person on Earth should have access to clean, independent, and renewable energy. This applies to everyone: from residents of Europe to communities in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Humanity has often fought over energy: in wars, conflicts, and dependencies. But peace only comes when energy is no longer limited, contested, or monopolized. And we are on the verge of solving this scientific and technological breakthrough. We have shown that the invisible particles of the Universe—neutrinos and other types of radiation that permeate us every second—are not just a scientific mystery, but a source of new freedom. Using graphene and silicon, we have built a bridge: tiny pulses of these particles cause atoms to vibrate, generating microcurrents that are collected and amplified by our special layered structures. This is how energy is generated—clean, quiet, decentralized. 200,000 fuel-free Neutrino Power Cubes generators will replace a nuclear power plant. Millions of such devices could power entire continents—without fuel, without waste, without weapons. This is not just a technology. It is the foundation for a more peaceful world. This will be more than just a technical innovation. It will be an act of peace, because peace is not simply the absence of war. Peace is the presence of opportunity—for education, for health, for a dignified life, for a life without fear. Science can offer solutions. Politics can create frameworks. Business can realize projects. But only when all three act together does opportunity become reality,” stated Holger Thorsten Schubart.
It is worth noting that neutrinoelectricity is of interest to the scientific community due to its potential to become an environmentally friendly and virtually infinite source of energy. Unlike traditional resources such as fossil fuels or nuclear energy, neutrinos do not create waste or pollution problems. The basic idea is to develop materials for devices in which these particles excite microvibrations in graphene and convert these microvibrations into electrical current. And scientists led by Holger Thorsten Schubart are bringing this idea to life.
Reliability testing is currently underway on Neutrino Power Cube fuel-free generators with an output of 5-6 kW and the Neutrino Life Cube air conditioning system. The latter weighs 80 kg and is equipped with a generator with a power output of 1 to 1.5 kW. It also includes an air-to-water generator that produces 12 to 25 liters of water daily, depending on the humidity level.
Holger Thorsten Schubart: “We stand on the threshold of change. Science and technology offer us the chance to break free from the vicious cycle of dependence and conflict. Imagine a world where energy is no longer dependent on geography. It is all around us. Our task is to harness this energy without relying on fossil fuels. This will help significantly reduce tensions in the world.”
